AVANTIER – A Premium Custom Optic Manufacturer, is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales to join their expanding team. We work with companies in industries such as Aerospace, Bio-Medial, Life Science, Research etc.
We’re looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to help drive our pipeline growth through relationship building strategic outreach, targeted campaigns, and high-value lead qualifications. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Rep, your primary responsibilities include:
Managing the full sales cycle of warm leads to drive incremental revenue.
Proactively engage in new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and develop a robust sales pipeline to support long-term growth.
Understanding client needs and objectives to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goal
Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales success.
Ability to manage warm leads and ongoing projects effectively
Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close
Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships
Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close
Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A background or interest in science is a plus
Ability to engage with executive leadership, including CEOs, CFO, and other C-level decision makers is a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree required, additional certificates are a bonus
