About the Role:

Axcelerate Networks Inc is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies

Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools

Present and demonstrate Axcelerate Networks' products and solutions to prospective customers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies

Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

Requirements:

1-3 years of inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales experience preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently

Familiarity with networking, IT, or telecommunications solutions is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
