Inside Sales - Business Network Consultant

You’ll focus on phone-based outreach and B2B relationship building, using your communication skills and personal network to drive real conversations that lead to real value. You won’t be handling claims or pushing hard sales. Instead, you’ll introduce simplified solutions, share a streamlined referral process, and support professionals who are often underserved by traditional options. This is a great role for someone who wants to create steady commission-based income, work independently, and build a long-term opportunity through service and connection. Top performers have the potential to grow into team leaders or managers. Responsibilities: • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Make outbound B2B calls • Share service solutions • Guide contacts through referral steps • Follow up with leads consistently • Track outreach and conversations • Attend team trainings and sales calls • Represent the brand with professionalism • Grow toward team lead role Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Strong phone and sales skills • Clear, encouraging communicator • Network of business professionals or contractors • Self-motivated and independent • Goal-oriented and commission-driven • Comfortable with basic digital tools • Positive, professional attitude • Interest in long-term income growth Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 at plan commissions
