We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative / Legal Sales Closer to conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with prospective clients , explain the firm’s services, overcome objections, and confidently close high-ticket legal retainers. This is a heavy closing role. You will not be cold calling. You will meet with individuals actively seeking help and be responsible for turning qualified consultations into retained clients. Responsibilities: • Conduct scheduled Zoom sales consultations with prospective clients • Build trust quickly with individuals navigating stressful workplace situations • Understand prospects’ concerns, motivations, and hesitations • Clearly explain legal services, next steps, and value • Confidently close high-ticket retainers • Handle objections around timing, trust, urgency, and cost • Follow up persistently with undecided leads to improve conversions • Track activity, follow-ups, and outcomes within CRM systems • Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding after retention • Consistently work toward sales and conversion goals Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 2+ years of proven closing experience in B2C sales • Experience selling high-ticket products or services strongly preferred • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or conversion targets • Comfortable leading Zoom consultations independently • Strong objection-handling skills • Ability to create urgency without sounding pushy Strongly Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: • High-ticket closing • Personal injury, family law, employment law, estate planning, or other legal environments • Insurance sales • Home services sales • Medical, aesthetics, or elective treatment sales • Coaching or education sales • Financial services sales Compensation: $9 - $11 hourly
