📞 Part-Time Inside Sales Role – Home Services & Roofing Company (Fresno, CA)

Location: Fresno, CA (in-person training required)

Pay: Hourly base + commissions (no cap on commission)

We’re a locally owned and fast-growing home improvement company based in Fresno, offering roofing, rejuvenation, and general contracting services. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with phone sales experience who’s confident speaking with warm leads and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

Call past customers and existing leads to offer additional services

Follow up on open estimates and help guide customers to a decision

Send short personalized videos or texts to reconnect with leads

Work from our CRM (full of warm contacts) to keep organized and follow up consistently

Coordinate with our field team to help close sales and schedule work

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in phone-based sales (home services, roofing, solar, HVAC, etc. preferred)

Comfortable speaking with customers and answering questions over the phone

Able to stay organized and follow up consistently using a CRM

Willing to train in-person at our Fresno office

Friendly, reliable, and motivated by results
