What You’ll Be Doing: • Making follow-up calls to hot inbound leads who reached out asking for help. • Using our proven scripts and system to set qualified appointments for our top agents. • Managing your pipeline, tracking performance, and hitting KPIs daily. • Becoming the first trusted voice in a life-changing decision for families. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers/sellers • Follow up with hot leads who call in daily. • Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline - provided by the company • Developing business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team of expert Agents • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management • Learn and apply vital leadership skillsets in a team environment • Participate in regular training and education requirements Qualifications: • Some form of phone sales (ideal) • Love people and are competitive • Passion for selling • Internal drive to succeed • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Self-motivated and independent • Extremely strong phone sales skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Ability to convey sharpness and passion in your role • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Willing to learn and become an authority figure in this industry Compensation: $61,500 at plan commission
