    At Guardian Tax, you will work with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your focus will be on understanding their situation, educating them on available options, and guiding them toward the next step in resolving their tax challenges.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
    • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs
    • Educate clients on available solutions and services
    • Overcome objections and close deals effectively
    • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

    Schedule

    In-office position

    Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    One half-day Saturday per month

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
    • Strong communication and closing skills
    • Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
    • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Professional, motivated, and coachable attitude
