    Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-time Inside Sales Consultant to join our Raleigh team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with clients, and has a passion for sales and wellness. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing leads, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

    What You’ll Do

    Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations

    Make outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and long-term relationships

    Conduct consultative sales calls to educate potential clients on our services and products

    Address client questions, close sales, and ensure high client satisfaction

    Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems and Zenoti, including prompt follow-ups and appointment scheduling

    Educate clients on financing options to make their aesthetic goals attainable

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

    Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

    Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa industries is a plus

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

    Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use

    Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive Pay: $52k-$60k (hourly base plus commission, 5% of package sales and $10 per booking)
