    Position Summary

    WinTech is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Account Specialist to support new and existing customers by managing incoming orders, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and helping ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This role supports customers in markets requiring stainless steel tubing, fittings, valves, and related flow path components, with a strong focus on ultra-high purity (UHP) stainless steel products and value-added processing services.

    The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to serve as a trusted resource on WinTech's products and capabilities, including services such as polishing, pickling, passivation, electropolishing, cleaning, inspection, and packaging.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    · Manage incoming customer orders from receipt through fulfillment with accuracy and attention to detail.

    · Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide responsive, professional customer support.

    · Support customers with questions related to product availability, specifications, materials, lead times, certifications, and processing options.

    · Act as a knowledgeable resource on WinTech's stainless steel tubing, fittings, and value-added services.

    · Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Quality, Shipping, and other internal teams to support smooth order flow and on-time delivery.

    · Monitor open orders and proactively communicate status updates, delays, and issue resolution.

    · Help ensure customer requirements related to material condition, cleanliness, surface finish, packaging, and documentation are clearly understood and executed.

    · Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.

    · Support the broader sales team to ensure all customers receive consistent service and care.

    · Assist in resolving order discrepancies and identifying opportunities to improve order flow and customer experience.

    Qualifications

    · Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

    · Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, account support, or a related role.

    · Experience in stainless steel tubing, fittings, industrial distribution, manufacturing, technical sales, or high-purity process components strongly preferred.

    · Experience supporting semiconductor, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or similar markets is a plus.

    · Familiarity with ERP systems, quotations, order entry, and order follow-up required.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and CRM experience preferred.
