Responsibilities: • Capitalize on existing walk-in customer base (25 years worth of repeat customer walk-ins) • Capitalize on call-in business, (25 years worth of repeat call-in customers) • Familiarize yourself with our existing car dealership customers for potential upsell opportunities • Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible • Promote "One Stop Shop" philosophy • Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals Qualifications: • 2+ years verifiable sales experience in car audio / accessories sales • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position • High school diploma or GED preferred • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills • Understands the sales process and how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, (Quickbooks a plus but not required) Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 yearly
