Responsibilities Include:

• Interact daily with customers and targets providing timely responses to inquiries, placement of orders, technical assistance, catalogs, samples, quotations and complaints.
• Enter orders and quotations, working closely with branch manager and warehouse team
• Prospect and contact potential target customers, working closely with our Outside Sales team to present our company and products
• Provide territory assistance as required to meet customer requests. Provide necessary follow-up and initiate correspondence when needed.
• Track orders and quotes to completion.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Fastener experience desired, but not required

· Ability to work independently and build rapport with customers

· Work well in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Superior time management skills

· Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
