    Position Overview
    QAD is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service professional. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a passion for excellent service, a knack for communication, and strong organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide responsive customer support via phone and email

    • Enter and process sales orders in the order management system

    • Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships

    • Promote and sell new and existing QAD products

    • Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance

    • Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows

    • Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records

    • Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments

    • Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)

    • Archery knowledge is a strong plus

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

    • High level of integrity and professionalism
