At FASTSIGNS of Spokane, we're looking for an experienced person to fill a role of Inside Sales / Customer Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the go-to expert for our walk-in, email, e-commerce, and phone customers seeking to purchase signage.

Engage in meaningful client conversations, offering consultative sign sales solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Generate timely client quotes for the recommended client signage solution.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of quotes, sales, work-in-progress, and completed projects.

Collaborate with the team to ensure signage project accuracy and timely completion.

Manage the client project from consultation, quote, order, production to completed installation to ensure quality project completion and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate signage delivery or installation schedules.

Properly close the project and obtain final project payment.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative:

Previous retail or counter sales experience is required.

Someone who enjoys interacting with clients and working to exceed client expectations

Willingness to learn and apply software tools including AI tools

Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

Great listening and organization skills

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

The position pays an hourly wage plus sales commission on all completed sales. For strong performers, the commission has the potential to be a significant portion of the overall compensation.
