About the Role
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to follow up, build relationships, and close deals.
This is not a passive customer service role — this is sales with ownership. You will manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and be accountable for converting estimates into closed jobs.

What You’ll Do
Manage inbound leads and estimates from our system (QuickBooks)
Own your pipeline for 60 days — from estimate to close
Make outbound calls daily to follow up with customers
Use a structured follow-up process (calls first, text secondary)
Build rapport, answer questions, and overcome objections
Update customer notes and activity in real time
Track and manage follow-ups using internal systems
Work closely with leadership to review pipeline and performance weekly
Daily Responsibilities
Call customers regarding estimates and service inquiries
Follow a structured multi-touch follow-up process to close deals
Document all interactions clearly in the system
Set reminders and manage your own follow-up schedule
Maintain consistent communication with prospects
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
What Success Looks Like
High follow-up consistency (no missed opportunities)
Strong pipeline ownership and organization
Ability to convert estimates into closed deals
Clear and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Confidence handling objections and guiding customers to decisions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of estimates created
Follow-up activity (calls + texts)
Jobs won (count + revenue)
Notes updated (100% required)
Total pipeline value
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone communication skills (this is a call-driven role)
Sales mindset — confident closing and handling objections
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at once
Self-motivated and accountable for results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Inside sales or customer service experience
Experience with CRM systems (QuickBooks or similar)
Construction, home services, or service-based industry experience (a plus)
