Overview: We are seeking a strong and patient Front Desk Sales Admin with a background in roofing, gutter installation, construction, or sheet metal. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and a drive to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage front desk, handling both telephone and counter sales inquiries.
• Proactively call on new and existing customers to stimulate business and follow up on quotes.
• Create shipping documents and coordinate shipments with freight companies using computer software.
• Prepare diagrams for orders and communicate effectively with production staff.
• Read and understand training materials, including industry manuals.
• Assist fabricators as needed.
• Perform inventory counts.

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in roofing, gutter installation, construction, or sheet metal.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency; ability to learn industry-specific software (Peachtree).
• Social media skills a plus.
• Legible handwriting and ability to draw basic diagrams.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
