Inside Sales Agent - Hybrid Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys conversations, building relationships, and creating listing opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for an agent who already has listing experience and wants to focus on generating new business through consistent communication. Agents without listing experience are also encouraged to apply, as this role provides a clear path to develop into a listing-focused position through hands-on coaching and daily activity. The primary focus is working with a well-established database that has been cultivated over many years. Rather than cold calling random prospects, you will build relationships with property owners, with a strong emphasis on rental property owners and multifamily owners. Through consistent follow-up, meaningful conversations, and identifying future opportunities, you will help generate listing appointments while learning proven systems that create long-term business. Experienced listing agents will have the opportunity to convert these conversations into listing opportunities while continuing to build their own production. Agents who are newer to listings will begin by developing communication skills, learning the listing process, and working alongside experienced professionals before gradually transitioning into a hybrid role that includes both inside sales and listing responsibilities. This is a fast-paced environment built around accountability, consistency, coaching, and practical experience. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and creating opportunities through relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term listing-focused career. Interested?
