Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries (no cold calling) • Build relationships and understand client needs • Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents • Follow up consistently via calls, text, and email • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Work within a structured system to manage and nurture leads Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (required) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls • Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented • Coachable and able to follow systems and processes Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings
