D1 Training Bryant is looking for a Recruiter (Inside Sales) to drive our growth by turning leads into scheduled and confirmed appointments. What You’ll Do
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook, web, referrals)
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and DMs until they schedule
Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates
Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule %, Show %)
Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing
Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard

Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Base: $30,000
Weekly Bonuses: up to $7,200/year
Team Bonus: $2,400/year
Total Potential = ~$39,600/year
