    Inside Sales Representative

    Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

    Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Chandler team.

    In this role, you'll connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are warm inbound opportunities— no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client's situation, explaining available solutions, and guiding them toward the option that best fits their needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Understand each client's needs, goals, and unique situation
    • Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs
    • Build trust through strong communication and active listening
    • Handle objections and confidently close sales
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
    • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

    Schedule & Location

    Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

    Hours:

    • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday shift per month
