Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine sales team and looking for driven, confident Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to take their sales career to the next level.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales position built for professionals who are competitive and goal-oriented. If you're motivated by strong earning potential and career growth, this could be the opportunity for you.

You'll be working with 100% warm inbound leads from people who have already reached out to Guardian Tax because they need help with IRS issues and tax debt.
Your role is to understand each client's situation and identify their needs. You'll present the right solution, overcome objections, and close the sale by helping clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns.
Paid Sales Training & Support
- Learn directly from high-preforming sales managers
- Hands-on training with real call scenarios, proven scripts, and objection handling
- Ongoing 1v1 coaching and feedback to sharpen your closing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $18/hour, full-time — 40 hours per week
- 15% commission on every closed deal
- Commission Potential: $12,000–$17,000+ per month
- Top Earners: Earning upwards of $260,000 annually

- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present solutions clearly and confidently

Who We're Looking For
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Inside or phone-based sales
- High-volume call centers
- Commission or quota-driven sales
- Financial services
- Debt settlement
- Tax relief
- High-ticket sales
- Division I (D1) athletics
- Recent college graduates looking to build a career in sales
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of phone sales experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Confident objection-handling and closing abilities
- Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Irvine, CA
Full-Time | On-Site
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday shift per month
