Responsibilities: • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Follow the coaching team plan • CRM • Database • Lead follow up • Lead generation Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Real Estate license is required • Commission Opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $60,000 - $130,000 at plan
