    Overview:

    The Inside Sales Manager's role is to prospect future clients, develop & nurture the customer relationship, and manage the entire relationship between client and Circle Logistics. Emphasis will be on prospecting and the development of new business.

    Your Day-to-Day:

    Work closely with the Director of Sales and corporate resources to learn the business full-circle

    Prospect, call, and connect with potential clients to grow your portfolio

    Conduct Virtual and Face-to-face presentations of our service offerings to customers

    Negotiate pricing with customers

    Convert prospects into customers and focus on complete supply chain solutions

    Responsible for the identification of and communication of potential growth opportunities

    Proven B2B sales experience — you know how to hunt, close, and build relationships

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience gets our attention

    Strong written and verbal communication that builds trust and gets results

    Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease

    Meticulous attention to detail — because small mistakes can cost big in this business

    The Perks & Payoff:

    Base salary starting at $60,000 with uncapped commission

    2 - 3 year colleagues average $75,000 - $95,000
