Sales Manager The Sales Manager will own the performance of the firm’s entire sales conversion system — from lead intake to retained client. You will lead and optimize the performance of: • Intake Specialists • Client Relationship Specialists (Closers) • Client Success follow-up teams Our marketing engine produces strong inbound demand. Your responsibility is to ensure that demand converts into predictable, measurable revenue. This role requires a leader who can build structure, enforce discipline, and coach a team to elite performance levels. What Success Looks Like The Sales Manager will drive a system that consistently achieves: • 50%+ consultation-to-client conversion rates75%+ intake booking rates85–95% appointment show-up rates • Predictable month-to-month revenue growth • A culture of accountability and performance You will own the full sales pipeline — from lead to retained client. The Sales Manager must balance leadership presence with tactical involvement — setting vision while ensuring daily standards are upheld. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Performance Leadership • Own and drive monthly revenue performance • Maintain 50%+ consultation-to-client conversion rates • Lead daily sales huddles and weekly pipeline reviews • Manage revenue pacing and forecasting • Monitor all critical performance metrics, including: • Appointments booked • Show-up rates • Individual and team conversion rates • Average case value • Refund rates • Pipeline velocity • Step in as a backup closer when necessary to model elite sales performance Coaching & Sales Leadership Great teams are built through coaching. You will: • Conduct structured weekly 1:1 coaching sessions • Perform call reviews and deal analysis (2–3 hours per week per rep) • Reinforce scripting discipline and objection-handling mastery • Lead monthly sales training and development sessions • Implement quarterly Sales Development Plans • Drive performance improvement plans when necessary • Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability Intake & Client Success Optimization • Maintain 75%+ intake booking rates • Audit intake scripts and CRM documentation weekly • Ensure seamless handoff between intake and sales closers • Oversee Client Success outreach, reactivation campaigns, and referrals • Track CRM discipline and outreach performance Sales Strategy & Conversion Optimization • Use CRM data, call recordings, and campaign analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks • Optimize booking, show-up, and closing performance • Align sales messaging with marketing positioning • Support marketing with real-time conversion insights • Implement testing strategies to improve conversion rates Qualifications: The following includes the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements necessary to perform this position. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Bilingual English/Spanish required. • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in high-ticket services (legal, finance, medical, consulting, or similar). • Proven track record leading inbound sales teams to 50%+ conversion rates. • Experience managing high-volume call center operations. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), call tracking, and sales analytics. • Deep knowledge of sales analytics, pipeline management, and call tracking • Proven ability to rebuild or scale underperforming sales teams • Strong coaching and performance management ability • Data-driven mindset with disciplined reporting practices • Executive presence and ability to lead high-performance teams • Strong ethical judgment and client-first mindset Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Annually
