  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Utilize the ITW Toolbox principles by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities are as follows:

    • Support the Sales Director and Area Sales Managers through information management and data collection
    • Supervise the Inside Sales Support team
    • Maintain the distributor price list through annual cost analysis and part number updates. Coordinate with the Sales Director on changes and annual release.
    • Maintain structural changes to the Sales Pipeline database and provide guidance to the Sales Director and Area Sales Managers on creating updates and releasing reports
    • Prepare and issue weekly sales outlook reports to the Sales Director
    • Prepare or assist with other sales reports, as directed by the Sales Director and as needed for bi-annual sales meetings, and annual and long-range planning
    • Assist with new product launches, through information communication to Sales Managers, Distributors, and customers, as needed.
    • Support the Sales and Marketing teams through attendance at Trade Shows, Distributor meetings, and in-house customer events, etc., as needed
    • Provide backup to the Sales Support team for order entry, production updates, etc., as needed
    • In cooperation with Accounting, manage/review customer accounts: terms and limits.
    • Communicate order updates/status to customers and/or Sales Managers, as required.
    • This position requires occasional business travel.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Professional Experience – Minimum two years to five years inside sales experience
    • Functional Experience – High level of customer orientation excellent customer service skills. Ability to deliver high levels of service employees in a high pressure environment.
    • Industry Experience – Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
    • Language – Fluent in English
    • Education – Associates Degree preferred.
    • Travel- Occasional
