The successful candidate should be a leader, innovator, and team player who will lead by example by engaging with clients, guiding them through the new client intake process with empathy and expertise. The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, plus bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Counsel your team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Build and foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business Qualifications: • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales, including telemarketing • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including respectfulness, kindness and discretion Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
