    Position Summary:

    Mayzo is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing accounts and supporting sales strategies and activities. In our collaborative, team-oriented environment, this position will work closely with sales, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone and email communication, aligned with regional account plans.

    Drive revenue growth by expanding product offerings within existing accounts and re-engaging inactive customers.

    Respond to inbound leads (web, email, and phone) to develop new business and grow existing accounts.

    Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and identify risks and opportunities.

    Deliver year-over-year gross profit growth within the assigned territory through:

    Expansion of existing products

    Introduction of new products

    Development of new customer relationships

    Gather and analyze customer insights (including end-use applications and future plans) and provide recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent industry experience (15+ years) may be considered in lieu of a technical degree.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical, plant, purchasing, and commercial stakeholders.

    Deep knowledge of target markets and experience with additive chemistry; prior experience in polymer additives is required.

    Proven experience in sales or marketing within the chemical or materials industry.

    Demonstrated success managing key, corporate, or global accounts.
