Join a winning team with unlimited growth potential. As an Inside Sales Manager your responsible for driving revenue growth by leading, coaching, and managing inside sales reps. This role focuses on increasing recurring service sales, improving close rates, building referral partnerships, and ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned sales experience for residential and commercial customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends selling, coaching, and process execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
Own and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Actively sell Mosquito and Holiday Light services (residential, commercial, seasonal programs)
Coach and mentor sales reps to improve close rates, follow-up discipline, and customer communication
Conduct regular call reviews, and pipeline check-ins
Hold the team accountable to activity, conversion, and revenue goals
Lead Management & Conversion
Ensure timely follow-up on all inbound leads
Optimize lead-to-sale conversion through scripting, objection handling, and consistent follow-up
Monitor pipeline health and ensure opportunities are progressing properly
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service
Process & CRM Management
Ensure accurate use of CRM (HubSpot or approved system)
Maintain clean pipelines, deal stages, and forecasting
Track and report on KPIs including:
Lead response time
Close rate
Average ticket value
Revenue per market
Recurring program penetration
Marketing & Community Partnerships
Support local marketing initiatives and promotions
Build and maintain referral relationships (HOAs, property managers, realtors, landscapers)
Brand & Customer Experience
Ensure all sales activity aligns with MosquitoNix brand standards
Set proper expectations with customers regarding service, pricing, and scheduling
Address escalated sales-related customer concerns when needed
