Fast-growing, science-backed healthcare products company is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager who brings a true player-coach mindset—someone who actively sells, carries a quota, and leads from the front while building and developing an inside sales team. Candidates must have 3+ years of stable sales management experience, a background in selling to physicians, practitioners, or wellness industry business owners. Ideally, experience in CPG, consumables, disposables, or healthcare-adjacent industries. Candidates must be comfortable in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment with minimal layers of management and a strong emphasis on follow-up, relationship-building, and execution. Responsibilities include personally managing accounts, converting inbound marketing leads, coaching and holding sales reps accountable, tracking performance using practical tools, and working closely with senior leadership to scale revenue and refine sales processes. This is a 100% in-office position based in central New Jersey. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. They offer a base salary plus performance incentives, with a base range of $90,000–$125,000 and target first-year total compensation of $150,000–$170,000+, including bonus potential and equity participation.
