    Compensation Range: $135k+ total

    • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while driving accountability and performance.
    • Oversee quoting and order management, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a strong customer experience.
    • Coordinate across Sales and Operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain service levels.
    • 5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience, including at least 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
    • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with CRM/ERP experience; steel framing, building products, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
