About Us: FASTSIGNS® of Syracuse is a locally owned sign and visual solutons company that helps businesses bring their ideas to life. We’re proud of our strong, family-oriented culture and the role we play in supporting our local community. From storefront signs to vehicle graphics and event materials, the work we do is visible, hands-on, and something our team takes real pride in.
The Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a key part of our day-to-day operations and goes beyond a typical desk job. You’ll be working directly with customers in person, over the phone, and occasionally on-site.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety. No two days are exactly the same—one hour you might be quoting a large vehicle graphics project, and the next you’re helping a local nonprofit prepare for an upcoming event.
You’ll also serve as the face of our center, guiding customers through our products and helping them find the right solutions to bring their ideas to life.
One of the most rewarding parts of this role is seeing a project go from an idea to a finished product. You’ll help customers bring their vision to life—and then get to see it out in the real world.
If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a creative environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
