Responsibilities: • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Engage with potential new clients to sell legal consultations with our attorneys • Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience • Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us • Maintain tracking to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills • Have the ability to think on your feet • Doesn't get discouraged when things don't go as planned Compensation: $56,500 plus bonuses based on performance
