    We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate loves customers, can effectively problem solve, and is naturally results-oriented.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Focus on creating customer loyalty to One Stop through consistent contact and building a personal relationship. Identifies the customer’s needs and have the product knowledge to fill those needs. Educate your customers about our products and the tools we have to help them grow their sales and in turn ours. Notifies the customer of all promotions. Maintains all the appropriate paperwork. Provides primary support to Outside Sales Team.


    Essential Functions:

    • Increase sales using personalized attention that exceeds customer expectations without pressure.
    • Become a product knowledge expert and be able to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients.
    • Monitor, review and identify monthly decreases and increases in individual account sales, determine cause of decrease / increase and work with the customer to grow their sales.
    • Build loyalty between One Stop and the customer with consistent and frequent contact. Ask for a sale on every call.
    • Provide a monthly account sales report to the Outside Sales team, Customer Service Manager and to the Director of Operations. Provide core reason account is up or down and suggest solutions to help grow sales.
    • Work to make One Stop the primary vendor of choice for new and current accounts.
    • Know competition and what our strengths are against them in terms of product mix, service, and pricing.
    • Call and inform your assigned accounts at least once per month to make them aware of current and upcoming sales, and all other events. Reach 20+ outbound calls each day.

    Qualifications:

    • Two or more year’s prior customer service experience is required, sales experience preferred.

    • Must have burning desire to sell, be self-motivated, have self-confidence and the ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.

    • Must meet productivity standards; completing work in timely manner; striving to increase productivity.

    • Proficiency with the internet, Microsoft word and excel required.

    Must be available to work Monday-Friday during the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.
