Job Description:
Inside Sales Representatives support the entire sales life cycle. They support the team’s primary focus of financial success through outstanding customer service, strong market presence, project and customer understanding, with superior market and product knowledge and awareness. Within the sales life cycle, the Inside Sales Representative takes ownership in ensuring great customer service and helping our estimator with quotes; they are the face of the company to the customers on the phone and in person at the front counter. They also provide secondary support for project management.
