    Inside Sales and Operations – Logistics and Warehouse As an Inside Sales and Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and warehouse operations. You'll ensure our products move seamlessly from our warehouse to our customers while providing exceptional support and service. Your role will involve a mix of inside sales, logistics coordination, and warehouse management. We're looking for someone with a great personality who can bring a positive attitude to every task and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. Responsibilities: • Inside Sales: Engage with customers to process orders, provide product information, and address any inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics process, including scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. • Warehouse Management: Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations. • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, product management, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: • Extroverted Personality: A friendly, outgoing demeanor is a must.
