    The Inside Sales Professional is a prospective client’s first impression, which sets the standard for what they will expect moving forward. This position is responsible for initiating a client relationship, maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior throughout the prospecting, and sales process. The focus of this position is making connections with people, helping prospects with creative solutions to their service needs, and meeting company sales goals.

    Sales & Customer Service:

    • Handle all inbound calls and disburse them to the appropriate team member.

    • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients via phone or email.

    • Focus efforts on maximizing lead conversion from initial contact.

    • Catch all Lawn Care related leads and convert them to Lawn Care clients over the phone. Educate, Measure, and Close the sale all in a call.

    • Provide responsive communication through email and phone.

    • Establish trust with new leads and existing clients.

    • Identify opportunities to provide additional sales to existing clients.

    • Provide non-solicited pricing.

    • Document and update customer interaction within customer relationship management (CRM) system.

    Administrational Responsibilities:

    • Accurately prepare proposals and various other marketing and administrational tasks.

    • Properly follow sales pipeline when converting prospects to clients.

    • Assist with scheduling work.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years call center and sales experience required.

    • Basic understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Professional & courteous but have the ability to overcome objections during the sales process.

    • Ability to bid, sell, and close jobs via phone and email.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Respond quickly to customer requests while delivering an elevated level of customer service.

    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)

    • Must pass background and drug test.
