Inside Sales Representative — Work From Home (Part-Time, 20–25 hrs/week)

Fresno / Clovis preferred | Base pay + commission | Flexible school-hours schedule (approx. 10am–2pm)

Infinite Roofing Solutions is a growing roofing company serving Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley — California's only 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. Good people, good culture, zero drama.

The role

This is a phone job you can do from your kitchen table. We already have the leads and the quotes — we need someone friendly and persistent to follow up, get customers off the fence, and get appointments on the calendar.

What you'll do

Call and text warm leads and past customers

Follow up on quotes we've issued that haven't closed yet — check in, answer questions, re-engage

Book appointments for our field sales team

Log every call and outcome in our CRM (we'll train you)

Hand off hot opportunities cleanly to the sales team

What we're looking for

Comfortable and confident on the phone — you like talking to people

Organized and self-managed; you'll be working on your own most of the day

Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a computer

Sales, call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus — attitude matters more

Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, not required

Schedule

20–25 hours a week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility. Our sweet spot is mid-day (roughly 10am–2pm) so it fits around school hours. No calls before 8am or after 7pm — ever.

Compensation

Hourly base plus commission on booked appointments and closed jobs. Top performers here make real money on the commission side.
