    As a Sales Representative, you’ll speak directly with opt-in leads—people who have already expressed interest in canceling their timeshare—and qualify them for our attorney-supported exit services.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Speak with leads who have requested information about our services

    Ask targeted questions to determine if they are a fit for our timeshare cancellation process

    Schedule consultations with our Senior Advisors based on availability

    Follow up via phone, text, and email to ensure leads stay engaged and make their appointments

    Maintain accurate records and notes using our internal CRM

    Collaborate with the team to improve appointment show rates and conversions

    Support clients by providing clear expectations, answering common questions, and keeping them informed throughout their pre-consultation phase

    What You Need:

    Phone-based sales or high-volume customer-facing sales experience is strongly preferred

    Confidence and professionalism in handling outbound and inbound communication

    Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

    Strong organization and follow-up habits

    A self-starter mindset with the drive to exceed goals and earn top-tier commissions

    Comfort using CRM systems and modern communication tools
