    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You lead strategic customer conversations as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across key U.S. markets including but not limited to Miami, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles
    • You assist Area Sales Managers across multiple time zones, supporting them in driving customer satisfaction and sales performance
    • You manage client accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring consistent communication
    • You handle the implementation of clients into internal systems and CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
    • You maintain oversight of key KPIs such as revenue generation, service performance, and B2B satisfaction metrics
    • You coordinate targeted campaigns, marketing initiatives, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    Experience You have 2–3 years of B2B experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting
    Education You have a Bachelor’s degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
    Technical Proficiency You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
    Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
    Commitment to Excellence You are results-driven with a flexible mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
    Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory when needed
