    This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, with the ability to engage with industrial clients, understand their needs, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers in the NDT market, including manufacturers, inspection service providers, and industrial end-users.
    • Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and create tailored solutions to support their inspection and testing requirements.
    • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and proactively reach out to potential clients to drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate product selection and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
    • Manage and update the CRM system, tracking customer interactions, sales opportunities, and forecasting pipelines.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the NDT field.
    • Assist in marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns, webinars, and product launches.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within the NDT, industrial equipment, or engineering sectors.
    • Strong understanding of NDT technologies, including ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and related inspection methods (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Technical aptitude or willingness to learn about NDT products and applications.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
