We are seeking a motivated and customer-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow key accounts within our printing and direct mail services company. This role combines inside sales, account management, and consultative customer service to expand client relationships and increase revenue. The ideal candidate understands how to match printing and marketing solutions with client goals, ensuring each project is executed with precision and care. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, developing a deep understanding of client marketing needs and buying habits. • Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing accounts—expanding product lines, increasing order volume, and offering cross-selling options such as direct mail, signage, or promotional items. • Create and deliver detailed quotes, proposals, and project recommendations to help clients meet their communication objectives. • Follow up on leads and lapsed accounts to generate new business and retain recurring orders. • Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines. • Track account metrics and sales results, maintaining accurate records in CRM and MIS systems. • Partner closely with outside sales and management to support overall growth strategies. • Provide exceptional client communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development (experience in printing, direct mail, or marketing preferred). • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. • Excellent organizational and communication abilities—especially in juggling multiple projects. • Familiarity with estimating or CRM software (e.g., PrintSmith, Pace, or similar systems). • Compensation listed depends on experience. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
