Inside Sales Representative – Retail

Location: Houston, TX

Full-Time | In-Office | Hourly + Commission

About the Role:

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound communication with retail customers. This position is focused on setting up estimate appointments, making estimates as needed, following up on quotes, and keeping customer information organized in our system.

You’ll be supporting our retail powder coating services, primarily focused on patio furniture and metal fencing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and past customers
• Schedule estimate appointments for the outside sales team
• Create estimates as needed based on pricing guidelines
• Follow up on open quotes to help close sales
• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Gather project details and enter information into our CRM
• Track and manage lead activity
• Assist with light administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, responding to emails)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inside sales or customer service
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software is a plus (Zoho preferred)

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Commission opportunities
