AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities will be to increase the center’s inside sales and support the Outside Sales Team, as needed. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center’s sales, drawing in new customers, maintaining current accounts, expanding penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing estimates and leads

Keep customers informed regarding their job’s progress through the production process

Proficiency in daily use of CRM tools

Effectively manages all communication methods to respond timely to customer inquiries

Minimum requirements and experience:

Must have a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services such as digital, design, signage, production processes, capabilities, and pricing

Minimum 2 years sales experience, with proven success

Minimum 2 years customer service experience with direct customer interaction
