    About the Role

    Hoods Unlimited is a growing B2B service company that works with restaurants and commercial kitchens to keep them compliant, safe, and operational. We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to focus on outbound cold calling and booking qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

    This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, build confidence on the phone, and earn commission by producing real results — not just “smiling and dialing.”

    You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and set up appointments.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Make outbound B2B cold calls to restaurants and commercial kitchens

    Introduce Hoods Unlimited and explain why our service is required and valuable

    Qualify decision-makers (GM, owner, kitchen manager, etc.)

    Book appointments for outside sales representatives

    Track calls, conversations, and meetings booked in our CRM

    Follow up with prospects when needed to confirm appointments

    Work toward daily and weekly activity and booking goals

    Compensation & Growth

    Hourly Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience and performance)

    Commission: Paid per qualified meeting booked (details provided during interview)

    Experience Requirements

    No prior sales experience required

    Customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus

    High energy, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more than a résumé
