Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective and existing customers
Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software
Requirements:
Prior inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to learn and articulate technical product knowledge in the engineering/performance industry
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
