What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll engage with homeowners who have already shown interest in selling their homes. Your focus will be on building trust, identifying their goals, and helping them find the best solution. This isn’t a cold-calling role — you’ll work warm, qualified leads generated by our marketing and nurtured by our follow-up team, allowing you to focus on genuine conversations and converting opportunities into results. Compensation: • On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+ • Upside Commission: Your results drive your income • Paid Time OffHealth Benefits Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, text, and CRM. • Build strong rapport with homeowners through genuine, solution-focused conversations. • Uncover seller motivations and identify qualified opportunities. • Follow a proven sales process to negotiate and close deals over the phone. • Maintain accurate lead notes, tasks, and communications within the CRM. • Collaborate with the acquisitions and leadership teams to optimize conversions. • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity benchmarks and monthly revenue goals.
