We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Acquisitions Sales Representative to join our Kennett Square office. Begin by excelling in the Inside Sales Representative role, where you'll qualify motivated sellers and learn our proven acquisition process. As you grow, you'll transition into a full closing position. Compensation Plan • Expected first-year earnings: $70,000- $80,000 • Paid Time Off • Hybrid Work Schedule • Growth Potential • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Your job is to: • Conduct structured discovery calls • Understand seller motivation, timeline, and property condition • Run our underwriting process • Present offers • Handle objections • Negotiate win/win agreements • Close contracts Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound seller leads • Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness to make a decision • Conduct structured discovery calls • Analyze debt, pricing expectations, and property condition • Present and negotiate cash offers • Manage pipeline daily inside CRM • Hit daily activity KPIs and monthly revenue targets • Follow our proven acquisition process without deviation • Collaborate with follow-up specialists and leadership Qualifications: We are looking for someone: • Hungry for growth and income opportunity • Coachable and open to direct feedback • Competitive and performance-driven • Comfortable being held accountable to numbers • Able to think independently and make decisions • Fast-paced and adaptable • Strong phone communicator Sales experience is preferred (call center, solar, insurance, recruiting, hospitality, military, athletics), but drive and coachability matter more than years of experience. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Expected First Year Earnings
