Inside Sales Representative (Growth) Hiring 1 experienced appointment setter to join CDCN — a San José-based advertising platform serving Santa Clara County since 2013. We need a sharp, persistent phone pro to call local Santa Clara County businesses and book 10-minute video presentations for our outside sales team. You set the appointments. Our closers do the closing. No quotas you can't control — your job is dials, conversations, and qualified meetings booked. Why This Role Is Different • Established company, real product: CDCN has been operating since 2013 as the single-source marketing platform for the City of San José and Santa Clara County. We're not a startup hoping to figure it out. • Easy "yes" to ask for: You're booking a free 10-minute video presentation, not asking for a credit card. Conversion rates are strong. • Hyper-local list: You'll call dentists, salons, auto shops, restaurants, and car dealers within a 3–5 mile radius. Real businesses, real owners, real budgets. • Bilingual welcome: Spanish or Vietnamese fluency is a major plus (and a meaningful pay differentiator). Responsibilities: • 80–120 outbound dials per day to a curated list of local businesses • Use our proven script and qualification framework (we'll train you) • Book qualified appointments directly on the closer's calendar • Log activity in our CRM • Hit a weekly target of 8–12 qualified appointments Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years cold calling experience (B2B preferred) • Comfortable with high-volume dialing and rejection • Clear, confident phone voice — no script-reading robots • Reliable, on-time, in-office every workday in San José • Authorized to work in the US Compensation: $21 - $26 hourly
