    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative specializing in Consignment to join our team in Houston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication with clients, managing consignment inventory, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consignment clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
    • Identify and pursue new consignment opportunities to expand our client base
    • Manage consignment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates
    • Negotiate consignment agreements and terms with clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth consignment operations and logistics
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing and inventory strategies
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
    • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
    • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving consignment processes
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of inside sales, preferably with a focus on consignment sales

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledge of consignment processes and practices
    • Understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
