We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with dental offices, dental labs, and jewelers within a defined geographic territory— ** primarily through phone, email, and video conferencing** —to collect precious metal scrap for refining. You’ll act as a trusted resource by maintaining strong knowledge of both the refining and dental industries, delivering value-added insight to dental professionals, as well as attending trade shows. This is a office-based sales role with full training and ongoing support provided by our experienced management and technical staff.

** Training:**
We offer comprehensive sales training, CRM access, industry education, and continuous coaching. You'll be trained in both the refining and dental industries so that you can confidently communicate with prospects, build rapport, and close new business from your desk or home office.

** Experience:**
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of inside B2B sales experience with a successful track record.

** Preferred Skills/Qualifications:**

• Competitive, team-oriented mentality with a strong desire to exceed goals
• Strong ability to build rapport over phone and email with dental labs, dentists, and office staff
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered

** Compensation:**
Our compensation plan is designed to reward success. Inside Account Executives have the opportunity to earn well into six figures within 12–24 months, supported by well-defined territories and high-quality lead sources.
