    As an ISR with the Delaware Home Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in driving the home-buying process by qualifying leads, answering inbound calls, and setting appointments for Home Buying Specialists. Your responsibilities include managing persistent follow-ups through the CRM system to nurture prospects until they either opt out or are ready to sell, while also maintaining long-term relationships with opportunities that have received offers. This role demands strong communication skills, proactive engagement, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless pipeline of qualified leads for the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to determine their potential for home-selling opportunities.
    • Inbound Call Management: Answer and handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing prospect inquiries and assessing their needs.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads with Home Buying Specialists to advance the sales process.
    • CRM Management and Follow-Ups: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage leads, conducting persistent follow-ups until prospects either request no further contact or express readiness to sell.
    • Long-Term Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with opportunities that have received offers, fostering relationships through consistent and strategic follow-ups to encourage conversions.

    Compensation:

    • $55,000 annually
      • Base pay plus commission
